On the main level, the GREAT ROOM has large windows that frame the beautiful views. Plush armchairs and an inviting sofa surround the warm fireplace and large HDTV. With an open design and doors leading outside to the terrace, this is the perfect spot for entertaining, socializing, or just relaxing with a glass of wine and a great movie. Next to the living area is a formal DINING SPACE with a table that seats six and amazing mountain views.

The chef-inspired open KITCHEN is bathed in chic neutral tones and outfitted with state-of-the-art appliances and extras. Custom, double-stacked cabinetry and pristine white quartz countertops surround the double gas range, vent hood, spacious refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. On the center island, you’ll find a deep under-mount sink and casual bar seating for four. In the corner, there’s a wine fridge and coffee station with stylish open shelving— perfect for serving up the morning coffee or aprés-ski cocktails.

In the FIRST GUEST BEDROOM, there’s a plush queen-size bed set into a cozy upholstered frame. The ENSUITE FULL BATHROOM boasts a step-in, glass-enclosed shower. In the PRIMARY BEDROOM SUITE, a luxe king-size bed is surrounded by large sunny windows with stunning views and glass doors leading outside to the terrace. Getting Around: NEW free bus routes added! Just 3 minutes to Richardson Flat parking with bus lines running to Park City and Deer Valley ski resorts and Old Town daily from 5:30am-11:05pm. The bus lines are Silver, Brown and Grey routes. You can plan your ride with the “MyStop” app. Look up High Valley Transit and download their app for FREE ride options from the home as well.

Awesome stay!

We loved our stay at Deer Springs 12755. The location was beautiful with views of the water and mountains off the back deck. It was super convenient to the Deer Valley Jordanelle gondola. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need. The bedrooms and beds were super comfortable. The hot tub and the pool/ping pong room were a big hit with our crew. Really there\'s not much missing from this place! Only suggestion might be to add a lot more hooks in the back hallway near the laundry room for ski jackets, etc. We would rent here again in a heartbeat.

We loved our stay at Deer Springs 12755! Absolutely beautiful views! The house is well equipped, very clean and comfortable beds. All bedrooms were spacious with nice size closets. The house is an easy drive to both Park City and Deer Valley skiing. We will definitely stay at this location again on our next trip to Utah!

Bachelorette Getaway

We had the best experience with this property and Moose Management! They were great with responding to questions in a timely manner and very helpful with suggestions. The house itself was gorgeous and a perfect size for 13 girls! Looks exactly like the photos. The only warning I’d like to mention is that it wasn’t as easy as we expected to find rideshares from this location - Uber and Lyft were usually around, but rides could take up to 25+ minutes to arrive and were only reliable within Park City - just a heads up for those not bringing a vehicle! If you bring a vehicle, this property has tons of parking and a gorgeous garage. There is also a bus stop close by you can walk to (~15 mins) and get downtown for free. Overall, we loved this house and the views and would definitely stay again should we return to Park City.

Nicest rental I\'ve ever stayed in!

Listing does not do this magnificent home justice. Of course Park City is a fun, beautiful place and the mountain and lake views from this house are spectacular. This plus the house itself made me never want to leave. It\'s large to accommodate gatherings but still have space if people want quiet time. So many decks and balconies to enjoy. Every piece of furniture was extremely comfortable, the bedding and towels top notch, highest quality kitchen amenities that I\'d pick for my own home. There is nothing amiss here, recommend over and over again.

Extraordinary Park City Stay

Just back from 3 nights at this gorgeous vacation home- which is even more beautiful than its pictures. The property is in a quiet setting, abuts hiking and mountain biking trailheads, and has sweeping mountain, lake, and valley views. We spent most of our time on the deck and loved every minute. (We look forward to going back in winter and making use of the interior more!) The house is brand new, spacious and beautifully furnished. Fully equipped kitchen -fantastic game room and second living room downstairs- beautiful bedding. Ground floor laundry. no detail was overlooked! We can’t wait to come back in ski season!

Our stay at Deer Springs 12755 was nothing short of amazing. This luxurious 4-bedroom home offered everything we could have hoped for in a Park City vacation rental. The serene interior design and panoramic mountain views created a peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to unwind after a day of outdoor activities. The game room and private hot tub were fantastic additions that our group thoroughly enjoyed. High end , open and airy spaces with superb views greeted me upon entry. What a special ski vacation spot. Close to slopes and town. Watching the sun go up and come down each day from the vaulted back windows was awesome. On trend furnishings make this home a gem. I want to return again soon!
